Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
Outnite is operated by Digital Vibes (David Mohl). These terms apply to browsing Outnite and purchasing listings or boosts. By submitting a listing or purchasing a boost, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and authority to make the payment.
Listings and boosts
A submission payment publishes an event listing on the selected city's board for the selected date. A boost payment adds to an existing listing's paid total on that board. Payments are one-time charges at the amount and currency shown at checkout.
Listings are ranked by their cumulative confirmed payments, including submission payments and boosts. Other payments can change your listing's position at any time. A preview of a position is an estimate. Purchasing a listing or boost does not guarantee a position, minimum exposure, clicks, attendance, or ticket sales.
Each purchase applies to the selected city and board date. The board's displayed closing time uses that city's local time. Payments do not carry over to another date or city. Historical listings may remain visible after a board closes.
Stripe processes payments. Publication and ranking updates take effect after payment confirmation, which may be delayed. Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or other fees.
Event information and submitted content
Outnite displays event information. Event organizers and linked ticket providers are responsible for their events, admission, ticket sales, and event cancellations. An Outnite payment purchases a listing or boost and does not purchase admission.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submission and for having the rights needed to share its content. You give us a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate Outnite. Submitting or boosting a listing does not establish ownership of the event or an affiliation with its organizer.
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or abusive content, impersonate an organizer, distribute malicious links, or interfere with the service or its payment system. We may correct or remove listings and restrict access to address violations, legal requests, or security issues.
Refunds and removal
We refund duplicate charges and payments where we fail to deliver the purchased listing or boost. If we remove a compliant listing for our own operational reasons, we refund the undelivered portion of the affected listing and boost payments.
Payments are otherwise non-refundable, including when a listing is overtaken, you change your mind, you voluntarily remove a listing, the event is cancelled, or we remove a listing for violating these terms. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the listing and payment reference and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Outnite available and event information accurate, but interruptions and errors can occur. Verify event details with the organizer before making plans. We are responsible for our service as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future use and purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to earlier purchases. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
