- Refund policy:
- We refund duplicate charges and payments where we fail to deliver the purchased listing or boost. If we remove a compliant listing for our own operational reasons, we refund the undelivered portion of the affected payments. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, including voluntary removal, being overtaken, event cancellation, a change of mind, or removal for violating our terms. - Delivery times:
- Listings are published and boosts are applied after our servers confirm payment. Payment confirmation and delivery may be delayed by processing or service issues. Each purchase applies to the selected city and board date.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payment period:
- Card payments are processed immediately, unless there are server issues with our payment processor, Stripe, in which case payments might be delayed.
- Price:
- The price and currency for each listing or boost are displayed before payment at checkout. Payments are one-time charges.
